The collection agency evolved from our need as a full service medical billing company to work with a professional collection agency.
After some dissatisfaction with the level of service that we experienced with some collection agencies and their inability to properly handle medical debt, we decided to open our own. A stand-alone product for physicians and groups who desire only collection assistance is available.

We are also an authorized reporting agent for all three credit bureaus. Reporting patient debt to these bureaus lowers credit scores and affects the ability of the person reported to transact business in many unrelated areas until the debt is settled.
